Originally from the East Coast, JRose found he had a love for music at an early age. Constantly going through his mothers records much to her dismay, he ultimately used that diverse selection of pop, r&b, alternative and soul music to the basis for the types of music he loves to play and listen to now. After moving from Virginia, he came to the Midwest to live in Chicago with his father. There he embraced the different styles of music in the Midwest and incorporated that from what he grew accustomed to out east.
After high school, he then headed off to college at Western Michigan University..Ultimately, he began to dj house parties and small gatherings slowly building a name for himself. After a few years of the underground scene in the West Michigan area, it was time to take all that preparation to the club. In the time following graduation, he constantly DJ'ed at all the major venues in the area as well as branching out to the Grand Rapids area as well. He djed some of Kalamazoo and Grand Rapid's biggest nites.
After holding down that area for quite some time...it was time to move on and come back to the CHI! Upon coming home, he began having regular appearances at some of Chicago's hottest lounges and clubs. A new comer to the scene, he has won the respect of some of Chicago's best DJ's and club owners. And this is just the beginning......
